At Smoke & Sugar Co., we’re committed to delivering your fresh bakery goods and small-batch beef jerky quickly and efficiently. Below, you’ll find the details of our shipping policy:
Processing Time
- Bakery Products: Orders are baked fresh and typically ship within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
- Beef Jerky: Orders are crafted in small batches and ship within 2–4 business days of placing your order.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Methods
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional cost).
- Free shipping is available for orders over $65 within the continental U.S.
We partner with reputable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.
Perishable Items
To maintain freshness, all perishable items are shipped with care:
- Bakery products and beef jerky are sealed for freshness and may include insulated packaging during warm weather.
- Bakery products are shipped using Express(1-2 Day) or Standard (3-4 Days) shipping to preserve freshness.
- We do not ship perishable items over weekends to prevent delays in transit.
Delivery Areas
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions

- Holidays or peak shipping periods

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@smokensugar.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items or packaging.
