  • Free return shipping
  • No restocking fee
  • No final sale items

Perishable Items (Bakery Goods & Beef Jerky)

Due to the nature of our perishable products, we cannot accept returns for bakery goods or beef jerky. However, if you experience any issues with your order, such as:

  • Products arriving damaged or spoiled
  • Receiving the wrong item(s)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.


Refunds & Replacements

To request a refund or replacement for perishable items, email us at info@smokensugar.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will assess your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.


Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise, Gift Boxes, etc.)

For non-perishable products, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The original packaging is intact
