Smoke & Sugar Co. started with a simple idea: make jerky and baked goods the way they used to be made, by hand, in small batches, with real ingredients and no shortcuts. What began as a passion project in a Georgia kitchen has grown into a small-batch operation that still does things the slow way, because that's the only way we know how to get the flavor right. Every bag of jerky and every batch of baked goods is crafted with the same care as the first one we ever made, and shipped straight from our home to yours.
